Enbridge, Cummins plan hydrogen blending pilot project
Enbridge Gas and Cummins Inc are undertaking a $5.2 million project to pilot the blending of renewable hydrogen into the existing natural gas network in Ontario to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, Kallanish reports.
The low-carbon hydrogen blending project is the first of its kind in North America and an important first step in greening the gas supply that serves millions of Ontario homeowners and businesses, the companies say.
