Element 25 receives key permit for Louisiana manganese refinery
Australia-listed Element 25 has received the air permit for the construction of a battery-grade high-purity manganese sulphate monohydrate (HPMSM) refinery in the US state of Louisiana.
The permit is a key requirement to start construction at the site and moves the project closer to a final investment decision, Kallanish notes.
