Daimler, Nokia reach agreement on patent royalty
German carmaker Daimler AG and Finnish telecom giant Nokia have reached a settlement agreement, ending their legal dispute over patent licensing, Kallanish reports.
The firms announced in a brief statement that under the deal, Daimler will pay to use Nokia’s mobile telecommunications technology.
“The terms of the agreement remain confidential as agreed between the parties,” they say.
