COPPER: Pebble mine appeal to USACE may take more than a year

Canada-based Northern Dynasty reports that the US Army Corps of Engineers has appointed a new review officer to oversee the Pebble copper-molybdenum-gold-silver-rhenium mine appeal in southwest Alaska, Kallanish reports.
