COPPER: Dale Corman retiring from Western Copper and Gold
Dale Corman, founder of Western Copper and Gold and executive chairman of the board of directors, is retiring effective 30 June, Kallanish reports.
The board of directors has named Ken Williamson as interim chairman of the Canada-based company and started the search for a permanent replacement for Corman. Williamson, with 40 years of experience in natural resources and investment banking, became a company director in 2019.
