COPPER: Companies release PEA for stalled Pebble mine project
The stalled Pebble mine in Alaska would produce 6.4 billion pounds of copper, 7.4 million ounces of gold, 300m lbs of molybdenum, 37m oz of silver and 230,000 kilograms of rhenium over the 20-year life of the mine, Kallanish reports.
Annually, the proposed mine would produce 320m lbs of copper, 368,00 oz of gold, 15m lbs of molybdenum, 1.8m oz of silver and 1,200 kg of rhenium. It would process 180,00 tonnes per day.
