COPPER: Chile`s production slips in August
Chilean copper output decreased on-month in August. Production volume was also down year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
The latest data by the Chilean copper commission Cochilco shows that copper output reached 461,900 tonnes in August. This is 0.6% less than in July. Production was also 4.6% down than in the same period in 2020.
