CNGR to acquire DHPL, launch joint nickel matte project
Guizhou-based Shenzhen-listed manufacturer CNGR Advanced Material recently announced that it plans to acquire a 100% stake of Debonair Holdings Private Limited (DHPL) through its wholly-owned subsidiary CNGR Hong Kong New Energy Technology. It also announced the launch of a joint venture project at the Indonesia Weidabe Industrial Park (IWIP).
