CNGR, FBC to invest in precursor production base
CNGR Hong Kong New Energy Technology (CNGR HK) and Finnish Battery Chemicals (FBC) have signed an investment agreement to jointly launch a new high-nickel ternary precursor production base in Hamina, Finland. The project company will be founded jointly, with FBC holding 40% of the shares and CNGR HK (and its subsidiary) holding the rest, Kallanish reports.
