China’s Xpeng hits new all-time record in July
Chinese smart electric vehicle company Xpeng reached a record-high in sales during July, with a total of 8,040 smart EVs delivered, Kallanish learns from the company.
The deliveries were 22% higher than in June, and 228% above sales in July 2020. They consisted of 6,054 P7s – the company’s sports smart sedan – and 1,986 G3s – its smart compact SUV. Year-to-date sales surged 388% on-year to 38,778 units.
