China's NEV production, sales climb in October
Production and sales of new electric vehicles (NEV) in China rose year-on-year during October, Kallanish learns from the Chinese Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
According to the lastest monthly data, China produced a total of 167,000 NEVs during October, an increase of 69.7% on the same period last year. NEVs accounted for 8% of all cars produced in the country during the month, which totalled 2.08 million units.
