COPPER: Chilean copper production slips in November 2020
Chile saw its copper output slightly fall both month-on-month and year-on-year in November 2020. However, volumes remained virtually flat on a cumulative basis during the year, Kallanish notes.
Latest data by the Chilean national copper commission’s Cochilco shows that copper output reached 485,100 tonnes in November. This volume was just 0.3% down over October and 3.0% lower year-on-year.
