Chile forecasts record copper production in 2025
The Chilean Copper Commission (Cochilco) says it expects record copper production in 2025, marking the end of a sluggish decade, Kallanish reports.
The state-run agency has estimated production to rise 5% year-on-year to 5.5 million tonnes this year, and then climb by another 6% to 5.8m t in 2025.
