Chengxin Lithium to issue GDR for SIX listing
Shenzhen-listed manufacturer Chengxin Lithium Group announced it plans to issue global depositary receipts to be listed at the SIX Swiss Exchange, Kallanish learns from the company.
The issuance will target up to CNY 2.3 billion ($321 million). After deducting issuance expenses and supplementary working capital, the funds raised will be mainly used for lithium salt production projects.
