CATL, FAW-Jiefang form joint venture
Shenzhen-listed battery giant CATL has formed a joint venture with Shenzhen-listed leading carmaker FAW's commercial car company FAW-Jiefang.
During the ceremony on 18 August, the two parties signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, marking the start of the collaboration.
