CALB wins IP lawsuit over CATL
The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has invalidated CATL New Energy Technology's patent for some electrical connection sheet and battery module technologies.
Earlier, lithium battery giant CATL sued competitor CALB for patent infringement. CALB responded in its prospectus that it has already submitted the invalidity request of the five patents that CATL owned at that time to the CNIPA.
