BYD reports a 350.26% increase in Q3 net profit
Chinese leading automaker BYD, and the largest EV maker in the world, posted an on-year increase of 350.26% in its net profit during Q3 2022, Kallanish reports.
According to financial results released on 29 October, BYD's Q3 net profit reached CNY 5.72 billion ($783.6 million), while its operating income rose 115.6% on-year to CNY 117.08 billion ($16.04 billion). Weighted average return on net assets reached 5.74%.
