Britishvolt to source synthetic graphite from China’s BTR
Britishvolt plans to source synthetic graphite and silicon oxide for some of its batteries from Chinese anode materials supplier BTR, Kallanish reports.
The UK’s battery start-up said Thursday that supply would be used in selected phases of its battery manufacturing processes. Under the MOU signed by the parties, the anode material would be produced using hydropower in Europe.
