bp leads funding round for water vapour electrolyser innovator
British oil giant bp has led a Series A investment round into Advanced Ionics to help commercialise water vapour electrolyser technology for heavy industry, Kallanish reports.
The $12.5 million fundraising was led by bp ventures, but also included Clean Energy Ventures, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and GVP Climate. bp’s announcement on Tuesday did not specify investment values by investors.
