Bondalti orders 40 MW of electrolyser equipment from Nel
Portuguese chemical producer Bondalti has ordered 40 megawatts of electrolyser equipment from Norwegian manufacturer Nel, the latter said on Monday.
The €11 million ($12.35m) contract covers the supply of alkaline electrodes, which will be manufactured at Nel’s Herøya plant and installed at Bondalti’s H2 Enable project in Estarreja, Portugal. The equipment will address the project’s first phase demand, Kallanish understands.
