Australian court clears Allkem-Livent merger plan
Australian lithium company Allkem received on Wednesday clearance from the Federal Court of Australia to enable Arcadium Lithium to acquire 100% of its shares, for which trading will be suspended on 21 December.
The court approval followed the positive vote by Allkem and Livent shareholders, greenlighting the companies’ merger into Arcadium Lithium.
