Aurora enters self-driving partnership with Toyota, Denso
Self-driving start-up Aurora has inked a long-term deal with Toyota and supplier partner Denso Corp to jointly develop autonomous solutions to ride-hailing networks such as Uber.
The companies say the collaboration will develop and test driverless-capable vehicles equipped with the Aurora Driver, starting with the Toyota Sienna. Tests in an initial fleet should start by the end of the year, Kallanish learns from Aurora.
