NICKEL: Appian sells Brazil`s Atlantic Nickel, MVV to Sibanye-Stillwater
London-based investment firm Appian Capital Advisory LLP says that has sold its interest in Atlantic Nickel (AN) and Mineração Vale Verde (MVV) to South African mining company Sibanye-Stillwater. The deal was closed at $1 billion with an additional 5% net smelter return royalty on production from the Santa Rita nickel underground expansion in 2028, Kallanish reports.
