Allussa expects combination with Freyr to complete early next month
Alussa Energy announced on Tuesday it expects its combination with Norwegian battery start-up Freyr to close on 9 July, Kallanish notes.
The estimate date is based on the assumption that Alussa receives shareholder approval at the special meeting of shareholders to be held on 30 June. Following closing, the combined company’s stock should trade under the ticker symbols FREYR on the NYSE on 8 July.
