Airbus opens hydrogen centre for aircraft in the UK

Airbus is opening the doors of another Zero Emission Development Centre (ZEDC) for hydrogen in the UK. The new centre will focus on cryogenic liquid hydrogen storage tanks technology for Airbus’ first hydrogen passenger plane, the so-called “ZEROe,” expected to fly from 2035.
